Delhi-based Vezlay Foods manufactures soya-based products. It's Director Amit Bajaj says that they have innovative products like veg shawarma, veg chicken leg, soya-based noodles, and many more. These products are nutritious and can be consumed by vegetarians and non-vegetarians, who want to give up meat but find it difficult.
The company has a 50-member team and clocked a revenue of Rs 2 crore last year. Amit says they market their products to restaurants, at exhibitions and trade fairs and supply to most parts of the country. "Though we also export to the US and talks are on to export to the UK, we first want to establish ourselves in India," he says.
